AVX/Kyocera presently offers various surface mountable, standard IPC products such as :
Multi-layer capacitors arrays
Thick film resistor arrays
Transient voltage suppression arrays (multiguards)
We have so far provided successfully custom IPC's with:
3 to 18 elements (6 caps and 12 resistors/12 caps and 6 resistors)
Withstanding voltages as high as 1,000 volts
Capacitance values ranging as wide as 100 times in the same substrate
Tightened capacitance tolerances (±2% for NPO)
Capacitance matching requirements (±2% for X7R)
In circular shapes for use in connectors
For high reliability requirements for use in implantable pacemakers and defibrillators (over two dozen designs)
