A joint venture established in 1992, we have always stayed in tune with fashion trends in men's and women's belt buckles, furniture accessories and security badges. We have six years of export experience, and about 900,000 buckles are shipped to the Middle East and Africa every month.
Strong production capability
Our 33,350 square meter factory is run by 1,800 workers. Monthly production capacity is 3.5 million pieces. We have 15 die-casting machines imported from Japan and Taiwan, and raw materials are sourced from Australia.

We are both ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14000 certified. Our QC staff totals 100, and they are assisted by imported metal detectors and pullcap strength devices. QC checks are conducted at each stage of production; random and outgoing inspections are also performed. Our QC staff keep a close watch on any problems that arise from the QC procedure.
