That's because we're the number one supplier of low- and medium-pressure pipes in the country. We got to that position by developing topnotch products.
With our own rubber-refining workshop and advanced rubber formulation, we maintain a level of quality our competitors can't match. We have over 20 years of experience in this field and only source the best components from DuPontTM(US), Bayer (Japan) and DSM (Holland).
Our Production Facilities
At Tianjin Dagang Rubber Hose, our 61,800-square-meter factory we use 12 production lines to turn out 35 million meters of piping every year. And our R&D team handles your custom orders. OEM samples can be ready in just two weeks, and more complex designs are ready in one month.
Our QC Process
For your added assurance, we have QS-9000 and VDA6.1 certifications. Our hosepipes also meet Euro II and Euro III standards. By the end of 2004, we will be ISO/TS 16949:2002-certified -- meaning you can have even more confidence in the quality of our products.
