Established in 1992, Shanghai Tewei Fasteners Co., Ltd., is a large privately owned fastener manufacturer with total fixed assets of nearly USD2,000,000. Our facilities cover an area of 26,680 square meters and we employ a group of hardworking and responsible employees, dedicated to our customers' satisfaction. We own a complete set of inspection and examination equipment, including a 100-ton tensile machine, impact tester, hardness tester, magnetic particle flaw detector and a full-set of phase photomicrograph equipment.
We believe in employing the most knowledgeable and qualified staff and now have over 20 professional high-lever engineers and skilled technical staff working in R&D, production, and quality control. In addition, we have a full range of modernized production and manufacturing facilities, such as an electric heating facility, mid-frequency hot bolt-makers, a full set of cold bolt-makers, large nut makers and heat treatment facilities.
We are capable of producing all grades of fasteners and output over 10,000 tons per year, with a total output valued at more than USD10,00,000.
