With patents from the USA, Germany, Taiwan, mainland China and more, we generate US$20 million in exports annually and our range extends from battery packs, smart power banks and combo power adapter/chargers, to smart AC/DC and DC/DC adapters.
Large manufacture facilities
Besides our 171,320 square foot facilities in I-Lan and Taipei, Taiwan, Formosa also houses 640 staff at the 578,000 square foot plant in Tian-Yu, mainland China. Over 3000,000 units are assembled monthly under ISO 9002 standards. Factory floors are covered with anti-static strips to avoid damages to the protection circuit IC.
Complete QC testing
ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 accredited, we take pride in the organized execution of QC inspections. Formosa performs tests of protection circuit modules and smart gauges. Automatic spot welding machines assist in the increase of production proficiency. A computer system analysis that equalizes all single cell capacities for various battery packs work to eliminate surge voltage conditions in multiple series-connected batteries.
