6063-grade aluminum standards
All Minfa products are made of 6063-grade aluminum, and meet JIS (Japan) and AA (US) standards. Operating three laboratories and one research institute, Minfa has developed over 10,000 construction and industrial hardware products to date, all customizable to your specifications. Our R&D team, staffed with more than 90 engineers, uses the latest software, including CAD, 3DMAX and CADPM.
Electrophoresis and PVDF finishing options
Manufacturing is carried out at our 100,000-square-meter, ISO 9001:2000-certified factory. Annual output from our 16 extruding lines is 30,000 tons. A number of surface treatment options are available, including electrophoresis, PVDF-coating, thermal break, powder spray coating, wood pattern transfer, anodic color oxidation and color polishing.
