About Tianjin Sansk Furniture
Founded in 1989, we at Tianjin Sansk Furniture manufacture MDF furniture for bedrooms, dining rooms and offices as well as sofas and mattresses.
A Designer from Australia Regularly Trains Our R&D Team
Our 15 designers receive regular training from a designer from Australia to ensure we are up-to-date with the latest production techniques. We then combine this information with the buyer feedback we receive at trade shows in the US, Italy and mainland China to develop 25 to 30 items every month. Place an OEM request, and we'll have your sample ready within 15 days.
20 Production Machines from Germany and Italy
Buyers come to us because we 20 sets of production equipment, including edge-treatment machines from Homag (Germany). This equipment gives our MDF home furniture straight and smooth edges. And our CNC machines from Biesse (Italy) help us to produce items with engraved designs. Our three factories' total monthly capacity is 300,000 pieces.
Following a PDCA Manufacturing Process
At Tianjin Sansk Furniture, we follow a PDCA manufacturing process. That means each of our employees checks the previous step during production before continuing with his task. Our QC team also makes a final inspection following ISO 9001:2000-certified guidelines. And our management has ISO 14001 certification. This gives you an added level of assurance when it comes to the quality of our products.
