National Datacomm Corporation (NDC) was founded in 1990 in the Hsin-Chu Science Park, Hsin-Chu, Taiwan. NDC's key founders have extensive technical and management experience in the US Satellite Communications industry through their previous employments with Hughes Network Systems, GTE Spacenet, COMSAT LABs and Computer Science Corporation (CSC).
